Mark Taylor, chair of Mile End Residents’ Association, told the hearing: “If the licensee and manager had acted responsibly in the interests of public safety, the death of a young man would not have happened.”£20,000 is now being offered as a reward for information leading to the prosecution of the person or people involved in this murder. £20,000 reward for info about Boheme Murder
