| Anti-social behaviour - urine in the lifts Nobody should have to look at this |
Residents who have tried everything they can think of to get this anti-social behaviour addressed - with no success to date - have taken to posting photographs of the problem on Facebook and Flickr.
If it carries on, I guess they'll start talking on Facebook about EastendHomes and the Safe Neighbourhood Team and all the people who have to date failed to make sure that residents' complaints are addessed and resolved.
Residents know that the SNT are very aware of the problem (they won't get in the lifts when they see it!) but there have been no improvements to date.
Residents have sent written complaints and are keeping a diary of how often this happens and when it happens. They want to know and keep asking whether the CCTV cameras installed in Ennerdale House show anything in terms of what's happening.
What we need now is a resolution of this problem.
